Its secret is probably hidden in the delicately steamed vegetable potpourri, which consists of dried cherry tomatoes, peppers, grilled courgettes and aubergines.

Our "lasagne di verdura" is rounded off with a creamy bechamel sauce melting between delicately layered pasta squares.
