The longing for Italian ice cream

With its five gelaterias in Zurich, Rapperswil, Zug and Lucerne, dieci Gelato brings the Italian craftsmanship of “Gelato artigianale” to ice cream in Switzerland. dieci founder Rocco Delli Colli’s aspiration to make authentic Italian gelato was behind the origins of dieci gelaterias. Since he wanted to avoid driving 400 km to the south of Italy to obtain Italian gelato with “fior di latte”, he soon started his own ice cream production in Rapperswil-Jona. Italian ice cream of the highest quality is created there.

Craft ice creams with selected ingredients

The ice creams that are sold at the dieci gelaterias are impressive with their natural ingredients and authentic Italian method of production. The milk used for ice cream production is always Swiss whole or skimmed milk from the region. For the sorbets, we only use fruits that are ready for harvesting or natural pulp, and we ensure that there is a high proportion of fruit. We try to keep the use of additional sugar as low as possible during production. Any sugar used comes from Switzerland.

dieci gelati are available at five central gelaterias
